Our Technical Sales Representatives are ready to take your order or answer any questions on our toll-free lines. Our goal is to provide you with the latest information and support on new products and new technology. When ordering, please have the product name and part number along with your current billing and shipping address. If you are using a credit card, please have the card name, number and expiration date. When you place your order, we will use our best efforts to notify you if an item is not available for immediate shipment. If Nu Data is not the manufacturer of the product you are ordering, we use anticipated delivery dates which are based upon information supplied to us by the product manufacturer, and are subject to change. If you choose to place an order, neither your corporate account nor your credit card will be charged until the item is shipped.

Credit Card Orders

We accept the following major credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card/NOVUS, and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until each item is shipped. Pennsylvania residents please add applicable sales tax or provide a tax ID certificate. The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that you are charged.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are Net 30 days. All shipments are F.O.B. Nu Data’s manufacturing/distribution facility in Hatboro, Pennsylvania. Shipping costs are prepaid and will be added to your invoice.

Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are initiated for “surface” transportation by United Parcel Service or Federal Express. Expedited air shipments by Federal Express, Airborne Express and other carriers is also available upon request. Many of our standard products are in-stock items and will ship the same day. We will make every effort to ship all products as quickly as possible. We anticipate being able to ship products that are “out-of-stock” within 30 days. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipment caused by weather, systems failures, or other causes outside of our control. C.O.D. orders must be shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Blue Label (2nd day). C.O.D. payments must be made by certified check. A $5.50 C.O.D. charge plus applicable shipping rates apply. Different rates apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, international locations, and APO-FPO customers. Certain products may not be exported outside the U.S.

Return Policy

Nu Data accepts returns of defective merchandise of most manufacturers when you request authorization for the return within 30 days of your original invoice date. If you need to return a defective product, you must call customer service within 30 days of the original invoice date at 215-259-0265. Your call will be handled by one of our Customer Support Representatives who will verify the nature of the defect and determine the eligibility of the return. If the product is eligible for return, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs are valid for 15 days, and the product(s) must be received by Nu Data before the RMA expires. We are unable to accept any product received after the expiration of the RMA. RMAs cannot be extended or re-issued. All products must be returned complete and in the original packaging with all original parts, warranty cards, manuals and any other documentation. The RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special product orders, custom cables, bulk cable, electronic rack enclosures and products designated as “all sales final”, “no returns” or similar language may not be returned. All non-defective returns authorized by Nu Data are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are subject to the same return conditions outlined above.

Important Note

If the terms and conditions stated on your purchase order differ from those stated on our invoice, and you do not notify us within 15 days, it will signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions stated on our invoice.

This disclaimer in no way alters the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty that comes with the products purchased from us. Nu Data shall have no liability to you or any third party for special, incidental, indirect, exemplary or consequential damages or any other economic hardship arising out of the use of or inability to use the products, and in all cases our liability is limited strictly to replacement or repair or the value of the products purchased. State laws vary and certain parts of this disclaimer may not apply to you. Nu Data is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors that may appear on our web sites. We reserve the right to make adjustments or corrections due to changing market conditions, product discontinuations or typographical or photographic errors in advertisements or product descriptions.
